ku (Matui House) 1998 This is a house of wood structure near Tokyo. First floor of this house is floating on the ground floor. Two floors are divided by glass transom windows, and materials of exterior contrast with each other. Like large glass windows, steel mesh fence, slate panel wall vs. wood and stucco wall. House part, living space upper floor blown by wind, made from woods is a liberated area in the city. By sliding doors, transom and acrylic transom window, it is one space except bath and toilet.
